Prices and taxes

The prices quoted do not include VAT (value-added tax). Sale to customers within the EU: according to EU rules, Portuguese VAT must be added – unless the customer has a registered VAT number. Sale to customers outside the EU: We will never charge any VAT. (However, the tax might be added by the authorities in the recipient’s country, this is beyond our control).

 Shipping and delivery

When ordering goods at, you also choose a shipping method. Once the order has been shipped, we will inform you of the shipment’s tracking number. The transit time depends on the selected shipping method.

We dispatch orders once a week (every Friday) and the goods are sent no later than 7 days from receipt of the order. However, we always do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Regarding the Frame Runners delivery time will be negotiable with the Customers.


Customers could make the payment by credit card or by bank transfer.

If you made payment by credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account, but only when the order is dispatched. The charged amount will appear on your account. When bank holidays occur it could take a bit longer.


ParaVida Sport grants the right of withdrawal and warranty according to EU and Portugal law’s general provisions, including consumer legislation.

This entails 14 days of the cancellation right when shopping at The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the item is received.

In the message, the customer must express the decision to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Note: The customer cannot cancel the order by simply refusing the receipt of the goods or failing to pick it up.

Return to ParaVida Sport

The customer will bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods, and the goods must be returned without undue delay.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly and is also responsible for the goods during transit.

IMPORTANT: The goods must be returned as traceable parcel post.

The condition of returned items

Customers are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods. In other words, the product can be tested within a short period of time.

If names etc. are written on the products, we will not take them back.

 Repayment of the purchase amount

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the goods, but not the delivery costs. In the case of impairment due to the customer’s handling of the product, this purchase amount is deducted.

We carry out such repayment with the same means of payment used in the original transaction unless the customer expressly wishes otherwise.

We will refund the amount once we have received and reviewed the goods.

Upon cancellation of purchase, the item must be returned to:

 What should I send back?

We need your contact information and the relevant invoice number. If possible, also send us a copy of the order confirmation.

Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD (the recipient pays for the delivery).

Product complaints

If you receive a defective item, you must inform our customer service as soon as possible via e-mail to  [email protected]

There is a 2-year warranty on manufacture defects/ construction failures; however, the warranty does not cover wear & tear or damage caused by improper use and storage of the product.

(Please note that some products will typically wear out within two years warranty period; for example, Frame Runner wheels are likely to wear out within 2 years if used frequently).

In case of construction failure: We will offer to repair or replace the item(s). Depending on the specific situation, we might offer a discount or let the purchase go back.

Of course, this only applies if the product is not damaged due to wear, misuse, or other behavior that has caused damage to the product.

Defects on a product must be advertised as soon as possible and no later than two months after the discovery of the defect. Contact us by email before returning the goods at [email protected] 

Age limit

Shopping at is only legal for people of min. 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of parents or guardians.
